Mario Monti’s Government makes liberalization to a weapon to fight the economic crisis and his technicians predict that smoking joints will be able to save the nation. They expect enormous income from the smoking tax. The grass will sweeten the bitter effects of economic manoeuvres and finally will remove the deal from organized crime.

Il governo Monti fà delle liberalizzazioni un’arma per combattere la crisi economica e i tecnici prevedono che con le canne si riuscirà a salvare il paese. Si attendono entrate smisurate per le tasse sul fumo. La Maria addolcirà gli amari effetti delle manovre economiche e finalmente sarà sottratta alla criminalità organizzata.

Canna Bar (Joint Kaffee) ist die italienische Version der berühmten holländischen Coffee-Shops. Die Mario Monti Regierung macht aus der Liberalisierung eine Waffe gegen die Wirtschaftskrise und die Techniker im Amt hoffen daß die Joints in der Lage sind das Land zu retten. Sie erwarten enorme Steuereinnahmen durch das legale Rauchen. Das Gras versüßt die bitteren Folgen der Wirtschaftsmanöver und gleichzeitig wird der organisierten Kriminalität der Handel entzogen.
